Annabelle Parfitt
Annabelle brings two decades of global event expertise to Kasianda. She began her career in fashion, launching her own label and becoming the youngest Australian designer to export to Milan, before going on to lead the world’s largest singles events company—delivering over 200 events a month across six countries, and earning a Guinness World Record along the way.
Her experience spans everything from weddings and large-scale celebrations to designing interiors and immersive themed experiences.
With an eye for detail and a design-forward, creative approach, Annabelle now styles the distinctive look of Kasianda and ensures every event is beautifully curated—and a lot of fun. Let’s Start Planning!
Ketut Badung
Ketut is our General Manager and the steady hand behind every event. From coordinating suppliers to managing timelines, he's on-site and in control.
Ajik Astawa
Ajik, our Head Chef, brings deep experience to our events. He delivers world-class food with spot-on timing - whether it’s canapé service or a seated meal for thirty.
Made Superiani
Made is our Head Butler and chief mixologist. With a sixth sense for timing, she appears just as you realize you’re ready for another cocktail or a bite to eat.

Every unforgettable event starts with a vision - and we love bringing yours to life.
Whether you’re dreaming of Santorini blues, Great Gatsby glamour, tropical jungle luxe, or something totally out of the box (Star Wars foam party anyone?), we’re here to help shape it.
From colour schemes and tablescapes to the soundtrack, live acts, dress code, and catering - we’ll fine-tune every detail.
TIMELINE & LOGISITICS
Once your vision is set, we quietly shift gears—sourcing materials, confirming suppliers, finalizing menus, and locking in logistics. We’ll check in with you as needed, but we handle the back and forth, so you don’t have to.
Our event management service is included when you book a minimum 4-night stay in the 7-bedroom villa, or a minimum 3-night stay in the Estate.
ON THE DAY COORDINATION
Our whole team lights up on event days, it’s genuinely their favourite part of the job.
From the chefs plating canapés, to housekeeping adding final touches, to engineering cueing sound, lights and bubbles, it’s all hands on deck.
And that’s the magic: because all 17 team members swing into action, you don’t have to lift a finger. You won’t be hosting, organizing, or checking your watch - you’ll just be having the time of your life.
