ORGANIZING GROUP STAYS
Travelling in a big group can feel like herding cats—but not at Kasianda. Whether you're planning a family reunion, milestone celebration, or a friends' getaway, we take the stress out of group logistics.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Kasianda House has 7 bedrooms with adult-sized beds for up to 18 guests, while Kasianda Villa has 5 bedrooms sleeping 11 guests. There are also 2 cots on-site, and we can arrange extra cots or full-sized, hotel-quality beds from our trusted supplier if needed.
The two villas sit within the same private estate, with pools facing in opposite directions to minimize noise. Designed to be rented separately or together, they’re linked by a short garden path, with front doors about 20 metres apart.

To make things easier, we’re happy to recommend room allocations based on your group’s needs—just share a few details like family groupings, kids’ ages, or any mobility considerations, and we’ll tailor the setup to suit.
BILLING & SHARING COSTS
We know group stays often involve a mix of budgets and arrangements, so we offer flexible ways to split costs—by room, family, or individual.
If you’d like to cover certain events, like dinners, performances, or outings, we can add those to your bill, while guests settle their own extras separately.
We’re also happy to keep payments on the down low if you’re treating others or just want to keep things simple behind the scenes.

Think of us as your personal concierge and planning team, here to coordinate everything from airport pickups to in villa massages, day trips, and restaurant bookings.

GETTING AROUND
Getting around is easy with our 15-passenger Toyota Hiace and driver, available for airport transfers, local outings, and full-day tours. Whether it’s beaches, shops, or hidden gems, our driver knows the island inside out—and can just as easily drop you off at dinner and bring you home when you’re ready.
Need extra wheels? We’ll arrange additional vehicles for airport runs or overflow groups. Whatever the plan, we’ll keep transport smooth and stress-free.
KIDS & GRANDPARENTS
For Kids
We designed Kasianda with our own family in mind, so both villas are child-safe, featuring glass pool railings and enclosed living areas. We offer a range of kids’ activities and childcare services.
For Guests With Accessibility Needs
Ground floor bedrooms provide easy access for guests with mobility considerations. We can also arrange professional carers for those who require assistance with daily activities.
